Overlay rompers, also called maxi playsuits/rompers are definitely my favorite style of rompers at the moment. This overlay playsuit is from A’gaci. It’s fittingly called the ‘Santorini’ playsuit because the blue and white colors, design, and flow of the dress are completely reminiscent of Greece. I love how the train flows and creates a lean, statuesque silhouette that has you feelin’ like some Greek goddess on the runway, but honestly this getup is quite the head turner and received a ton of compliments and inquiries about what store I got it from the first night I wore it out. I met a lot of girls that night 😉 hahah!
A few notes about this frock though- It’s quite short on me especially in the back, but luckily that train covered my bum! I run into that problem every now and then with rompers and playsuits being too short. I’m 5’7”. The bust is also very low-cut so I had to pin it so the girls weren’t poppin out. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with this outfit and if I were to restyle this again, I would wear it with knee-high gladiator sandals or caged boots. I love the feel and cut of these overlay rompers so much, I think I need at least 3 more of them! Below are more of my top overlay playsuit finds for you. Oh and the chokers are also from A’gaci as well! I tapped into playing with layering 2 chokers of different colors/textures and I’m kinda likin’ it! One is a grey velvet paired with a stone bolo choker. You can also shop this entire outfit below. Thanks for clickin’ out this way! 😉
